What are Flat Pack Cabinets (RTA)?

Flat Pack Cabinets, also known as Ready-to-Assemble (RTA) cabinets, come unassembled in flat boxes. Customers are responsible for assembly and must use the correct tools. Any damage occurring during assembly is not covered by warranty.

Do Flat Pack Cabinets come with brackets?

No, Flat Pack Cabinets do not always come with brackets. They are assembled using wood glue, staples, nails, or screws. If brackets are needed, they can be purchased separately from a hardware store.

Are assembly instructions included with my order?

Assembly instructions are not included in the box. However, you can find step-by-step assembly videos on our website or product listing page.

Do the cabinets come with touch-up kits or paint?

No, touch-up kits and paint are not included. If needed, you can match the paint at any local paint store.

Will all cabinets have the same interior color?

Most of our cabinets have a natural wood interior, but the color may vary slightly depending on the wood species used.

Do cabinets come with additional accessories like crown molding or handles?

No, accessories such as crown molding, roll-out trays, toe kicks, trim pieces, and handles (pulls) are sold separately unless otherwise stated.

Can I return cabinets after assembly?

No, cabinets that have been built, drilled, or installed are non-returnable. If you notice damage before assembly, please contact our Customer Service team immediately.

ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION

What tools are required for assembly?

Customers assembling or installing their own cabinets should use the appropriate tools, including a pneumatic nailer/stapler, wood glue, rubber mallet, saw, and drill gun for pre-drilling holes.

How should I handle and assemble my cabinets to avoid damage?

Assemble cabinets on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches. Be especially careful with the front face and doors, as they will be visible once installed. Minor damage to the back and sides is normal, as these areas are typically covered.

What environmental conditions should be maintained for cabinets?

Proper temperature and humidity must be maintained during acclimation, installation, and after installation to prevent permanent damage.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long does it take to receive my order?

Standard finishes take 2-3 weeks for handling and delivery.

What kind of truck will deliver my order?

Orders are shipped via a 28-foot truck with a lift gate and will be placed in a secure, dry area (typically a garage).

What if my home has limited delivery access?

If your location cannot accommodate a large truck, has stairs, or requires additional services, Limited Area Delivery may be available. Additional fees may apply.

Do you ship outside the United States?

No, our warranty is only valid within the United States. Restricted area deliveries may require a custom quote. Contact us for more details.

Do you offer unfinished cabinets that I can paint myself?

No, we do not offer unfinished cabinets. However, we have a wide range of colors that may meet your needs.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Can I return a cabinet if I ordered the wrong size?

Yes, but returns are only accepted for unopened, undamaged items in their original packaging. A 30% restocking fee will apply, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I request a return?
